Ahh, Labor Day Weekend, the last gasp of summer. And of course we have a couple of our Powderhill Doods who have found a way to take advantage of those last few days before their playmates go back to school.
Such is the case with Lucy, on the left, and Otis on the right.
Lucy is just a half-second away from a self-imposed dunking to cool off during her vacation at Seal Cove Pond on Mt. Desert Island in Maine. Her owner, Annie said she just had to share this moment. And yes indeed, Doods can swim!
On the other side of the spectrum, Otis seems quite content to lay back and lounge for the long weekend, totally content. His owners, Kat and Rick tell us he's doing great living on an apple orchard in New Hampshire. Besies lounging, Kat says that Otis loves to play with other ups in the family, steal potholders and bat is adorable eyes.
